President of the Cioeste signs agreement for commercial partnerships with Argentine city of Córdoba


The president of the Cioeste (Intermunicipal Trust of the Region West Metropolitan of São Paulo), Elvis Cesar, participated in the last week of 22ª Cupola of the Mercocidades, carried through in Córdoba, Argentina, enters days 29 of November and 1º of December. In the Wednesday (29), it signed an agreement for commercial partnerships next to the mayor of the Argentine city, Ramon Master. The Cupola congregates cities of the countries that integrate the Mercosul.

The objective of the accord with Córdoba is to favor the accomplishment of mutual partnerships that in such a way propitiate the economic development in the region of the Cioeste how much in the city of Argentina.

In interview to an Argentine radio, the president of the trust affirmed that the idea is to join forces with Córdoba to establish business-oriented chances between the entrepreneurs who act in this city and the ones that are gifts in the cities of the Cioeste. It detached the incentive possibilities especially the average entrepreneurs, who can have the possibility to firm fruitful business-oriented partnerships.

Elvis also participated of the debates of the event, arguing subjects as the importance of the local governments as borrowed of decisions in the world-wide schedule.

During 22ª Cupola of the Mercocidades, the City hall of Córdoba pointed out that the congress contributes with the construction of new visões on the economic development, social and ambient, in the measure where it congregates mayors and managers of the public administration to fortify the nets – of actors engaged in debating the challenges of the public administration – and, in such a way, the society as a whole.

The Cioeste intensely acts in the accomplishment of partnerships with national and international organisms that contribute with the development of the region of the trust, benefiting equally to all the cities that integrate it (Barueri, Carapicuíba, Cotia, Itapevi, Jandira, Osasco, Pirapora do Bom Jesus, Santana de Parnaíba and Vargem Grande Paulista).
